Made with the lovely warming spices you would expect from a chai, accompanied by the light refreshing burst of citrus. The fennel seeds and apple give the blend a well-rounded sweetness that you would expect from a chai but without the need to add sugar.
Fun Fact - Before the masala chai that can be found throughout India today, chai was traditionally made from different herbs and spices and used as an Ayurvedic beverage. It was drunk both hot and cold and would vary from region to region.
Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon, Fennel Seeds, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Lemongrass, Orange Peel, Sunflower Petals, Natural Flavouring
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 5+ minutes in 100°C water.
This is naturally caffeine free so can be enjoyed at any time of day.
