A light floral chai that has been blended to be drunk with or without milk, a little sugar will help bring out the spices nicely. The longer you brew, the more the spices come through so be careful not to overwhelm the delicate rose flavour.

Ingredients: Assam Black Tea, Cardamom, Rose Petals, Ginger, Cinnamon, Peppercorns, Fennel Seeds

Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.
