A fabulous green tea for those beginning their venture into the vast world of green teas. It has a more acidic and less sweet flavour than other varieties with a slightly bitter, astringent edge and a clear finish. Traditionally from the Jiangxi province in China.
Fun Fact - Chunmee means precious eyebrow in Chinese due to the shape of the leaves.
Ingredients: Chinese Chunmee Green Tea
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 2-3 minutes in 75-80°C water.
