A roasted green tea produced from the finest Bancha grade leaves. Originating in Tokyo, Japan, after its production as a green tea, the leaves are roasted over charcoal in porcelain pots to produce a nutty and intense toasted aroma and brown hue which produce a bright amber liquor, often enjoyed as a digestif.
Ingredients: Hojicha Green Tea
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 2-3 minutes in 75-80°C water.
