Traditional rich and smoky Lapsang Souchong tea, originated in the Wuyi Mountains of Northern China, black tea leaves are withered in the presence of pinewood fires producing a tart and aromatic smoke. When brewed, it produces a balanced liquor that perfectly marries the inherent character of the black tea leaves with the pine smoke.
Ingredients: Chinese Lapsang Souchong Black Tea
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.
