Fun Fact - it is said that hop pickers used to be found asleep in the fields as picking the hops made them suffer from 'hop pickers fatigue' due to the bitter acids and volatile oils of the hop flower.
Ingredients: Chamomile, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Liquorice, Hops, Lemongrass, Blue Cornflowers, Lavender, Orange Peel, Natural Flavouring
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 5+ minutes in 100°C water.
This is naturally caffeine free so can be enjoyed at any time of day.
This tea is beautifully light with a delicate flavour and so soothing to drink.
