This beautiful blue lily dates back to the ancient Dynastic and Minoan cultures as found in ancient artworks. Historically used as a tea or for steeping in wine - it has a light floral flavour with a slight citrus edge.

Considered sacred by many around the world this whole flower has been carefully selected and is of absolutely superb quality.

Ingredients: Dried Blue Lotus Flower

Preparation: Steep 1-2 flowers per cup for 5+ minutes in 100°C water.

This is naturally caffeine free so can be enjoyed at any time of day.

I just wanted to say that the blue lotus chai I purchased was top quality - it's the second time I've purchased blue lotus, the first time from a different seller - the quality of yours was way above the other seller - seemed fresher and nicer and more healing!
