A classic robust Earl Grey, for the purists out there.
The origins of Earl Grey tea aren’t entirely known. It was named after Charles Grey and the stories range from him saving a Chinese mans son from drowning and therefore had a tea named after him. Or tea and oranges were shipped from China together and the tea absorbed the flavour from the citrus rind. Whatever the reason, it’s been a long standing classic blend.
Ingredients: Sri Lankan Black Tea, Natural Bergamot Flavouring
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.
