A classic robust Earl Grey, for the purists out there.

The origins of Earl Grey tea aren’t entirely known. It was named after Charles Grey and the stories range from him saving a Chinese mans son from drowning and therefore had a tea named after him. Or tea and oranges were shipped from China together and the tea absorbed the flavour from the citrus rind. Whatever the reason, it’s been a long standing classic blend.

Ingredients: Sri Lankan Black Tea, Natural Bergamot Flavouring

Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.

Big Shout out to Chai-Wallah..Margate

Got some of your teas yesterday @Herne Bay Farmers Market. Did a much awaited brew of your Earl Grey Blend this morning, and the resulting drink was a "CONCENTRATION OF AUTHENTIC TEA BREW REFRESING CONTENMENT..YUM YUM. If you reside in MARGATE and have not yet partaken of the Chaiwallah Tea Revolution, then put off " FOMO "and be part of "THE CHAI-WALLAH MARGATE TEA EXPERIENCE". You will not be disappointed folks
