Darjeeling 1st Flush

The finest aromatic first flush Darjeeling black tea, known as the 'Champagne of teas' and prized for its notes of 'muscatel' grapes. Only the first shoots of spring are used to ensure an exquisitely delicate liquor.

Grown in the Indian Teesta Valley estate, producing the best quality tea in the region since 1841. Darjeeling is at an altitude of around 4,500 feet in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Ingredients: First Flush Darjeeling Black Tea

Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.
