Vanilla based chocolatey chai that comes into it's own when drunk with milk brewed in the traditional way on the hob with milk and sugar. It works beautifully drunk in a pot or mug but for the real white chocolate experience I absolutely recommend drinking with milk!
Ingredients: Sri Lankan Black Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cacao Shells, Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Vanilla Pieces, Natural Vanilla Flavouring
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 88-100°C water.
