An ancient spice originating from Sri Lanka being used in food, incense and perfume oils. Adding a gentle sweetness and warmth to the cup.
It pairs well with Ginger, Liquorice, Hibiscus and citrus flavours and can be found in many of our teas such as our Chai blends, Caramel Chilli Rooibos and Mulled Cider.
Ingredients: Cinnamon Bark
Preparation: Steep 1tsp per cup for 5+ minutes in 100°C water.
This is naturally caffeine free so can be enjoyed at any time of day.
